We welcome MPhil and PhD proposals in any topic related to architecture, planning, or landscape. We offer a flexible range of opportunities for postgraduate research. We offer supervision for an MPhil or PhD in Architecture, Planning and Landscape in the following areas: Architectural and planning education, Architectural science and environmental design, Cities and technology, Design history and theory, Environmental economics and environmental management, Housing and community, Information technology in construction, Landscape architecture, landscape planning, landscape design and landscape management, International urban development and spatial analysis and Planning processes, policy and urban design.

Duration - PhD (36 Months) and MPhil (12 Months)

如何申請

Entry requirements for 新堡大學

A 2:1 honours degree and a master's degree in an appropriate discipline, or international equivalent. If you have no research experience you will need to register for an MPhil in the first instance.

Direct Entry: IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 6.0 in all sub-skills).
TOEFL IBT: score of 90 with a minimum of Reading - 18, Writing - 17, Listening - 17, Speaking - 20.
