It can be completed on an accelerated basis in two years or as a more flexible option in three to four years. It is designed for working professionals who want to advance within their organization or to change careers. The Online M.B.A. is delivered online, with only one week-long opening residency required. Professionals seeking the rigor and respect of a traditional M.B.A. with the flexibility of online learning can complete the program in 20 months.
