Water Quality Systems Engineering research focuses on the quality of water in natural and engineered systems ranging from micro to macro scales.
Current research areas include
Hexavalent Chromium Occurrence and Treatment in Drinking Water
Advanced Oxidation and Radical-driven Processes
Water purification catalysts and pollutant detection technologies based on biomimetic metal complexes
Chemical destruction of recalcitrant contaminants (inorganic, organic, and perfluorinated) in water and wastewater
Environmental behavior study and recovery technology for rare elements
Current research areas include

Entry requirements for 加州大學河濱分校
Applicants to the graduate program should hold a degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or a related field. GPA: 3.2 on a 4-point scale, GRE: 310, TOEFL: 550 (paper based), 213 (computer based), 80 (internet based) IELTS: Overall score of 7, with no individual section score less than 6
Graduate programs require three (3) letters of recommendation.
Applicants must submit these essays directly into their online application. Please note that each essay should not duplicate the other. We also do not accept a personal resume or curriculum vitae as a response to either essay.
English language requirements
