Entry requirements for 芝加哥大學
Students wishing to receive a Ph.D. in Human Development apply directly to the Department of Comparative Human Development. Students are eligible for admission if they have received a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or have completed an undergraduate program equivalent to such a degree. Admission depends upon strength in the general undergraduate record, scores on the Graduate Record Examination, letters of recommendation, personal statement and interests, and relevant research experiences.We will accept scores from either the new or the old test, as long as they are valid, unexpired scores. The University of Chicago accepts either the internet-Based Test (iBT) of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) for the purpose of meeting the English language requirement. Minimum requirements for the TOEFL iBT are: 104 overall no less than 26 in each of the four sections. Minimum required scores in the IELTS are an overall score of 7, with sub scores of 7 in each section. The GRE General Test is required of all applicants for admission. We will accept scores from either the new or the old test, as long as they are valid, unexpired scores.
