Our Master?s programs in English with fields in Literature & Language and Literature & Creative Writing, prepare students to understand the power of language, and to develop their critical and creative thinking and writing skills.
Students pursue these programs in a collegial and supportive environment with internationally renowned faculty dedicated to research, teaching, and publishing.
Our department offers various learning and internship opportunities including a graduate seminar in composition pedagogy unique in Canada.
We publish two international literary journals (Windsor ReView and Rampike), support two in-house student journals and an international website (thesicklytaper.com), and host a vibrant series of literary readings and scholarly presentations as well as a Writer in Residence and a Resident Writing Professional.
As our Creative Writing program is an MA rather than a terminal MFA, graduating students also have the option to proceed into English PhD programs.

Entry requirements for 溫莎大學
Minimum TOEFL:250, IBT-100 , Minimum IELTS:7.0, The minimum qualifications for admission to the Master of Arts programs in English are: an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in English, a minumum 70% cumulative average in the last two years of study a B (75%) average in all undergraduate English courses, a B+ (77%) average in English courses in last two years of study. Graduates of recognized universities may be admitted to programs leading to the Master's degree. A student with a four-year degree or equivalent in the discipline to which s/he is seeking admission, and who has an academic standing equivalent to 70% or better in the final two years of study (full time equivalent) may be admitted to a Master's program (M2).
