The programs offered by the school include Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, Diploma of Hospitality Management, Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery, and Certificate III & IV in Patisserie. All the courses provide ample opportunity to work in various organizations and provides students with hands-on experience in the kitchen and acquire the fundamental food skills that can make them work-ready.

Front Cooking School makes education easy and engaging for its students, giving access to a huge range of services and conveniences, including fully equipped practical kitchens and ovens for individual hands-on learning, student lockers, resource library, multiple theory classrooms and use of the 70 plus computers across three computer labs. Some of the additional services offered by the school include assistance in preparing a resume, seminars to gain further workforce skills, thorough job interview preparation, and advice about personal grooming and presentation.

As part of student support and wellbeing program, a part-time Counsellor is also available at its Melbourne City campus where students can access confidential counselling for issues such as Mental health, Cultural shock and homesickness, Bullying, harassment and discrimination, and work life balance.
