Griffith College offers students a wide range of study options, most of which are one-year programs that connect directly to study at Griffith University. Popular areas of study at Griffith College include business, engineering, health sciences, and international tourism and hotel management.

Griffith College's Foundation Program is designed for international students who haven't yet completed their high school education to the Australian Year 12 standard, or equivalent. It provides a bridge between secondary school and undergraduate studies in order to prepare students for entry to university.

Diplomas at the college, meanwhile, are structured to provide the same amount of credit points as a first-year degree at Griffith University. This means most Griffith College diploma students can progress directly to the second year of their degree at Griffith University.

An Associate Degree is also available at Griffith College. The two-year program leads to the third year of a Griffith University Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of International Tourism and Hotel Management degree. Those who have not met the requirements to enter the second year will have one year of credit towards this associate degree, helping them successfully transition to further studies at Griffith University.

Additionally, Griffith College delivers a Master's Qualifying Program for Griffith University which provides the knowledge, values and skills required for successful completion of studies at postgraduate level in Australia.
