Overview

The University of Greenwich equips students with employable skills and the confidence to achieve extraordinary things. The institution welcomes students from over 160 countries across its three campuses in London and Kent.

Rated amongst the greenest universities in the UK, its largest campus is based in the heart of Greenwich on a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Expert faculties teach over 200 undergraduate courses and 150 postgraduate courses, many of which are accredited. The university's four faculties cover liberal arts and sciences business education and health as well as engineering and science. The main intakes begin when most courses start in September, however, some courses have intakes in January and April.

The University of Greenwich boasts modern facilities across three campuses. Over the last five years, it has invested almost GBP 80 million in labs, social and teaching spaces, as well as sports facilities. Students have access to a range of academic facilities, including well-stocked libraries, TV studios, editing suites, and clinical skills laboratories that replicate NHS wards. Social facilities on campus include student bars, a gym and countless coffee shops and restaurants.

Giving students the best chance of securing their dream jobs after graduation, the university has a dedicated Employability and Careers Service team. Its services include one-to-one meetings with a career advisor, CV writing advice and information on internships and voluntary work.

Because several of the university's courses are accredited by professional bodies, its high teaching standards are recognised. This accreditation provides employers with the confidence that the student has achieved a high-quality qualification. The university boasts successful, well-known alumni, including award-winning actors and Olympic athletes.
