Teaching quality

Teaching quality

University of Lethbridge is known internationally for its commitment to quality learning and the student experience and is ranked as Canada's 34th best university by reputation. The university has earned its global reputation as a research-focused and results-oriented institution through a continued dedication to small class sizes, an open and collaborative learning environment, and forward-thinking programs.

It is a great place for ambitious, independently minded students as the faculty regard students as collaborators and academics in their own right. This means that learners at the university are able to demonstrate their initiative and incorporate flexibility into their decisions around their project work and academic direction. This attitude to learning allows the passion and drive of its students to truly flourish.

The university's size is one of its other great educational assets. While it is large enough to attract talented staff, excellent investments and impressive rankings, the cohort sizes are small enough that each individual student doesn't get ‘lost in the crowd'. Students at the university will often find opportunities to network and interact with experts and professionals from a range of fields.
