Commencing in January 2025, UTS College will be offering an exciting Australian first – the new UTS Cambridge Accelerator. Year 10 graduates can experience university life and first year university subjects early while completing their AS and A levels abroad.

The program combines internationally recognised Cambridge International AS and A Levels with four business or STEM-focused first year university subjects. Two other components – Academic English and Duke of Edinburgh's International Award – are also built into the course, so students can build confidence and accelerate their learning journey.

The program will be delivered on the UTS campus, located in the heart of Sydney.

By opting to study the program, students can:

• gain a globally recognised qualification valued by employers and universities
• be immersed in the UTS environment – to experience university life early
• choose one of four study streams: commerce, engineering, science or IT
• start and finish their studies, from A levels to degree, in one location
• improve their English and university-ready skills with academic English as part of the program
• gain guaranteed entry to a UTS undergraduate degree
• build essential life and leadership skills with The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award.

UTS College offers students numerous pathway entry options to the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

English language

International students seeking to improve their English skills for entry into an Australian university need look no further than the UTS College Academic English (AE) program. The program is offered for 10 weeks per level, across five levels, so all English abilities and requirements are catered for.

UTS Foundation Studies

International students are equipped for entry into any UTS undergraduate degree with UTS Foundation Studies at UTS College. This is for international students who have completed year 11 studies. Students can boost their English language abilities and develop broad subject knowledge and skills to become university ready. The program runs for a period of eight to twelve months.

Diplomas

UTS College diplomas are designed to provide international students with an alternative path for direct entry into a UTS degree. Students who complete a UTS College diploma will receive guaranteed entry into first or second year of a UTS undergraduate degree. There are seven disciplines on offer: animation production, business, communication, design & architecture, engineering, IT and science. Diplomas are offered over 8, 12 and 16 months.

Graduate Certificates (Pre-Masters)

The UTS College Graduate Certificate (Pre-Masters) program is a postgraduate preparation course that guarantees entry into the second semester of a UTS master's degree with 24 credit points. Students who complete the program will develop the language and academic skills needed to take the next step in their postgraduate studies. The program is offered over 4 and 8 months.

UTS Diploma to Degree Scholarship:

Designed for high achieving High School graduates. Students will save 25 percent on UTS tuition fees.

Foundation to Diploma Scholarship:

Designed for students commencing Foundation Studies at UTS College. Students receive up to AUD 8,000 in tuition fee waivers

2024 Elite Scholarship

For students who package at least 20 weeks of Academic English with a UTS College Academic program. The first 10 weeks of the Academic English program will be covered, valued at AUD 6,000.

Pre-Master's Scholarship

Students who study the UTS College Pre-Masters (Graduate Certificate) program will receive AUD 8,000 in tuition fee waivers.
