About the course
The Master of Tourism Management will expand your potential to take on high-level management roles in the tourism industry or in related organisations. Positions include senior managerial roles in destination marketing, event management or in a tourism planning, policy advisor or analyst roles in local, regional councils or central government. How to apply
Entry requirements for Lincoln University
Entry to all Lincoln’s Master’s degrees requires a relevant degree with at least a B grade average in your 300-level or higher courses and final year overall (full-time equivalent).
Lincoln's Master's degree by Research only (120 credits) requires one year of full-time study. To apply you must have an appropriate and relevant postgraduate honours degree awarded with at least second class honours, division one, or equivalent (B+ grade average or higher).
Official academic transcripts (results/mark sheets) for all tertiary education qualifications, either completed or partially completed. The transcript must include the courses taken and the marks/grades achieved. The grading scale used must also be provided.
In the original language. If this is not English, then an official translation should be provided.
If English is not your first language, you will need to provide evidence that your level of English meets the English language requirements for admission to Lincoln.
IELTS (Academic) - 6.5 overall, with no individual component less than 6.0, TOEFL iBT^ - Overall score of 80 (with at least 21 in Writing and 18 in Speaking)
