La Trobe University values academic excellence. High achieving International students thinking about applying for an undergraduate or postgraduate course will be automatically considered for this scholarship.

The La Trobe South East Asia Scholarship rewards high achieving International students. This scholarship is worth between 20% to 30% off the annual tuition fees for the duration of studies.

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:

Be a citizen of Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines or Vietnam.
Be a new international student applying for 2023 intakes.
Be a full-fee paying student (Non-sponsored).
Apply to a program in the LTIS List of eligible courses.

Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:

• La Trobe South East Asia Academic Scholarship (WAM -55-69.9) - Amount: 20%
• La Trobe South East Asia Merit Scholarship (WAM - 70-74.9) - Amount: 25%
• La Trobe South East Asia Excellence Scholarship (WAM -75+) - Amount: 30%
