Satisfactory Academic Standing
Nominee must be engaged in the study of fisheries management, including investigation of the preservation, protection, or enhancement of freshwater fish populations
Selection is based on demonstrated excellence in the nominee's area of research
Preference will be given to nominee whose program includes aquatic conservation
Open to Canadian citizens.

Open to applicants in doctoral programs.
Open to applicants in masters programs.
