Bodwell High School

Bodwell High School is a private, co-educational boarding school offering grades 8 to 12, and university preparation. In September 1991, it embarked on its journey to educate students from around the globe. Recognized as a leader among Canadian boarding schools, the school’s diverse student population of both local and international students makes it a rich and exciting place to learn, study, play, and build life-long memories and friendships.

The mission of the school is to provide a culturally diverse environment for students from around the globe and enable them to become active learners and well-rounded citizens who contribute positively to the world. All Bodwell students who successfully complete the Grade 12 academic program receive a Dogwood Diploma, a globally recognized certificate of graduation, issued by the province of British Columbia. Most of the school’s students go on to seek postsecondary education in college or university after Bodwell, many with academic scholarships. Through the AEP program, students are given a solid foundation in English that allows them to not only participate in the regular academic program but thrive in postsecondary study and beyond.
