The institution maintains high standards for its faculty, ensuring that all teachers in England possess, at a minimum, either the Trinity TESOL or Cambridge CELTA qualification. Many educators hold specialized EFL teaching diplomas and degrees as well. Meanwhile, in Ireland, CES teachers hold university degrees along with ACELS recognized teaching qualifications, and numerous instructors boast specialist EFL teaching certifications like DELTA.
