Bachelor?s degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university. GPA 3.0
Our internationally recognized program attracts individuals from around the world and the successful applicant generally has at least a ?B? average (i.e. equivalent of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale) in their prior academic work. If you have completed work beyond a bachelor's degree, records of both graduate and undergraduate work are taken into account. Any industrial or research experience would also receive a positive consideration.
Undergraduate and graduate (if applicable) transcripts are required from all institutions attended. Official transcripts should be sent to the Graduate School at: The Graduate School, 106 Hargis Hall, Auburn University, Auburn, AL 36849-5122.
GRE scores are required. If you have taken the GRE, please request the Educational Testing Service send your official scores to Auburn University (ETS Institution Code: 1005). The GRE requirement is waived for applications for admission for 2023.
For International Students, Auburn requires the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) to be taken. Auburn University's ETS institution code is 1005. Successful international applicants must score at least
550 on the paper version (pBT),

213 on the computer version (cBT), and

79 on the internet version (iBT), minimums of 16 on the listening, reading, speaking, and writing components.

Auburn will also accept a 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam.
