Through its rigorous curriculum, Drew’s major in Chinese studies prepares students linguistically and intellectually for interaction with China and the Chinese-speaking world. Speaking, reading, and translating are stressed at all levels of language instruction. Plus, immersive activities—study groups, field trips, films, and more—help to integrate the study of the Chinese language and culture.
