Diploma in Business Administration - Aviation

Entry requirements for 菲沙河谷大學

B.C. secondary school graduation, or equivalent. Students who have completed a high school equivalency program will also be considered but may have to complete the specific entrance requirements below.
Prerequisites for CMNS 125.
Prerequisites for MATH 140. (Math 12 is recommended.)
C+ or better in Physics 11 and English 12 (see Note 2). (Physics 12 is recommended.)
Note 1: Students with minor academic deficiencies may still be considered but may be required to complete preparatory courses in addition to the Aviation program.
Note 2: English 12 equivalent courses include English 12 First Peoples, English Literature 12, AP English, and IB English A (standard level or higher level).
Students must have completed the private pilot flight test within six months prior to entering the program, or have completed the private pilot flight test within one year with a minimum of 10 hours flying time within the six months preceding the first day of classes. Students who do not meet these requirements must complete a flight evaluation with Coastal Pacific Aviation or designate. Students must also have completed the private pilot written examination within the 12 months preceding the first day of classes or be required to achieve a minimum of 60% on an entrance exam equivalent to the private pilot written exam.
Current Transport Canada Category 1 medical certification.
Applicants must also satisfy an entrance evaluation which includes an interview(s), a qualifying exam, and an assessment of references.

IELTS (Academic) - score of 6.5 or higher with a minimum band score of 6.0
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) – IBT score of 88 with no section below 20, or

paper-based score of 570 with a TWE (essay) score of 4.5 or higher.
