Then, you’ll dig into the core of your specialty with:assessment principles,construction estimating,farmland evaluation,property analysis,property law,computerized mass appraisal valuation of properties - it's now the industry standard.
Test your knowledge and skills in the real world. Plus, make industry connections. Both are possible in an optional 16-week work placement between first and second year.
Our program comes with an extra credential. You'll also graduate with a Certificate in Real Property Assessment from the University of British Columbia
