The brewing and fermentation sectors hold key positions in our food industries, making a wide range of high-quality goods from the produce of the land-based industries. Lincoln University's world-class scientists are spearheading research that supports, strengthens and expands the sectors. Grow your skills, and build on your science background through specialist courses in the science and technology of brewing and fermentation, and gain knowledge on production and supply chain management. You will work alongside industry partners to develop a particular style of beer or fermented product to develop valuable hands-on skills, gain experience and learn production principles, and to be able to step into a brewing or fermentation role in industry, or in your own business.

Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited higher education institution in New Zealand.
Or an equivalent educational achievement or level.
IELTS - 6.5 overall, with no individual component less than 6.0, TOEFL iBT - Overall score of 80 (with at least 21 in Writing and 18 in Speaking), Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 58 overall score - with no communicative skill less than 50
