關於課程
As the oldest—and one of the few—digital humanities programs of its kind in the country, the digital humanities master's at Loyola University Chicago offers you rigorous hands-on training in digital research projects, including faculty-led projects and research projects of your own design. You will also build the tech-enabled foundation you need to pursue careers in various sectors and settings—including education, libraries, archives, and museums—and to apply to PhD programs.
Our coursework blends theory with practice, giving you opportunities to apply modern digital tools, computing and coding skills, and tech-enabled research methods to a range of fields, including literature, history, and art.
Graduates of the digital humanities master’s program at Loyola University Chicago have gone on to careers in a range of roles and fields and to prestigious doctoral programs in history, literary theory, media studies, and anthropology, among others.
Specific job options include:
Tech industry: programming, software engineering, consulting, UX and interface design, History: digital archivist, curator, educator
Public and private libraries: digital scholarship, reference librarian, instructional design
Publishing: digital publishing, editing, digital content, project management
Archives, museums, cultural organizations: arts education and museums, archivist, curator, museum programming
Because Loyola is a member of the Jesuit network of 27 colleges and universities nationwide, our graduates can access career advising services, resume and interviewing assistance, career fairs and events, and employment listings in our Career Services center, as well as at career centers at other U.S. Jesuit colleges and universities.

Entry requirements for 芝加哥洛約拉大學
The Graduate School welcomes applications from international students who have completed a four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or its equivalent. In addition, because academic qualifications are of major importance, the applicant ordinarily must have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. For the TOEFL, a minimum score of 79 on the iBT or a 550 on the written test is required. For the IELTS, a minimum score of 6.5 is required.
