Associate of Applied Science in Horticultural Sciences

The Horticultural Sciences A.A.S. is designed for the student entering the field of landscaping and for the professional who wants to expand his or her knowledge in the field. Emphasis is placed on plant identification, care of landscaping plants and the hands-on application of skills learned in the program.
The agriculture program is committed to providing strong academic preparation for those seeking careers in the diverse agricultural and natural resources management area. The Associate of Science program offers part of the core curriculum coursework needed to complete a Baccalaureate degree.
