This course is designed to give learners an in-depth understanding of Strategic HRM and its associated functions. It is suited to individuals who: Are experienced people practitioners
Are working in a senior people practice role and wish to extend and deepen their skills and understanding to shape strategy, policy and people, Wish to shape people practice, creating value for a wider audience
Are currently leading and managing people and practice within organisations.
Students will be already working within the HRM profession or associated roles. This course will enable graduates to access HRM roles at the highest levels within organisations.
On successful completion of study, we will issue the following award: MA Strategic Human Resource Management
The course is designed to give students a broad breadth of knowledge and understanding across the HR function. Topics will include Organisational performance and culture, Employment relations, Evidence based practice, Learning and Development, Talent management, Reward management and Employment law.

Entry requirements for 史塔福德郡大學
Integrated masters and two-year accelerated degrees
To apply for an integrated masters or two-year accelerated degree you need one of the following qualifications:
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Standard 12/ XII with a minimum score of 70% overall
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with 30 points overall
Successful completion of a relevant International Foundation Year from a recognised UK Institution
For A-Level requirements, please see the ‘entry requirements’ section on the relevant course page
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Standard 12/ XII with a minimum score of 70% in English Language. The University is able to accept Standard XII English from the CBSE and CISCE examination boards only. Students with qualifications from other examination boards will be required to provide alternative evidence of English language ability, for example, IELTS.
IELTS Academic - 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component
TOEFL IBT (we do not currently accept Home Edition - Listening: 17, Speaking: 20, Reading: 18 Writing: 17
English language requirements
