This program provides a focus for students wishing to work with children aged three through eight. This program requires successful completion, within five years, of an approved program comprised of 30 units of upper division or graduate work and any necessary prerequisites. A minimum of 15 of the 30 units must be earned in education and/or educational professional courses and a maximum of 12 may be transfer units.

Entry requirements for 西門菲莎大學
The minimum University requirements for admission to a graduate diploma program are as follows: A bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University, or its equivalent from a recognized institution, A cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5/4.33, or a grade point average of at least 2.67/4.33 (B-) based on the last 60 credits of undergraduate courses, provided minimally 24 credits of appropriate course content for the program applied for have been completed within those 60 credits,IELTS overall band score of 7.0 of the academic test with a minimum of 6.5 in each section.Paper-based TOEFL -580 and TWE 5,Internet-based TOEFL 93 with minimum of 20 in each category.
