The department, in collaboration with faculty members and renowned expert practitioners, offers a PK-12 School Administration Program in which culturally-responsive educational leaders are developed to be change agents for creating effective schools. Staying true to the land-grant mission of Texas A&M, this unique program is infused with the ideals and practices of social justice, social responsibility, and equity through coursework.
These leaders are able to develop a team, inclusive of community members and parents, which can evaluate the impact of the comprehensive programs offered to learners and plan strategically for great results.
This 36-credit hour master’s degree program is comprised of coursework aligned with the Texas State Board of Educator Certification Principal Domains, Competencies, and Standards and includes two semesters of internship. Upon successful completion of the program and approval of the program faculty, candidates may sit for the TExES state principal examination.

Entry requirements for 德州農工大學
Official transcripts – Transcripts must be submitted from each higher education institution previously attended
Official TOEFL or IELTS scores – International applicants only must submit scores less than two years old. Scores are sent electronically using the Texas A&M University code-6003.
Candidates are selected for membership in a cohort based on their (a) holding a bachelor’s degree, (b) holding a teaching certificate in PK-12, (c) having at least two years of full-time teaching experience upon entering or upon completing the program, (d) engaging in an interview with faculty, and (e) having involvement in leadership activities. Candidates typically maintain their current employment while pursuing this degree.
GRE Verbal Reasoning score of at least 146 (Subject to departmental approval), a GMAT Verbal Score of at least 22 (Subject to departmental approval).
TOEFL - 550 for paper-based testing (p-BT) or 80 internet-based testing (i-BT). A minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall band.
English language requirements
