Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Science - Applied Mathematics [Extended Major]

By combining these two areas of study in a dual degree, students will be given the vocationally focused business background, along with scientific theory and practical skills in their chosen major within the Bachelor of Science.

Study an extended major in applied mathematics to learn mathematical methods and techniques for developing practical, logical, analytical and creative solutions in a variety of contexts including the physical, biological and engineering sciences. Build your foundational knowledge in applied mathematical analysis, mathematical modelling and the numerical methods used in computational science. Apply your expertise to current scenarios in financial mathematics, natural resources and environmental modelling or biological science and gain valuable experience to consolidate your knowledge through industry placements and Work Integrated Learning opportunities.
