The Master of International Commercial Law is designed for students with a commercial background wanting to focus their studies on specific areas of law relevant to international business and commercial operations.
You'll undertake courses introducing private law and public law, along with a range of commercially related law courses carefully created and selected to be relevant to non-lawyers yet still of interest and benefit to lawyers, including:
Business and Corporate Law
Business Taxation
Corporate Governance Law and Practice
International Commercial Dispute Resolution
International Trade Law and Technology

Entry requirements for 昆士蘭大學
To enrol in the program, a person must hold an approved degree in the same discipline, with a GPA of 4.5. Same discipline is defined as a degree in law, or a degree in business, commerce or economics. Where a person holds an approved degree in a different discipline, they will be required to meet professional experience requirements.
Professional experience requirements: applicants must have completed at least three years of professional full-time work experience (or equivalent) relevant to the courses offered in the program, as approved by the executive dean.
IELTS: Overall Band Score of 6.5 AND a minimum score of 6 in each sub-band of Writing, Reading, Speaking and Listening. TOEFL (Internet-Based-iBT): Overall score 87 with a Writing score of 21 and Reading, Speaking and Listening scores of 19. TOEFL (Paper-based): Overall score of 570 and a minimum score of 5.0 in the Test of Written English (TWE) and 54 in Listening and Reading.
