The Honors After-Degree Program is for students who already hold a university degree.
The Honors After-Degree Program provides the same clinical preparation as the After Degree Program, plus the opportunity to gain more in-depth knowledge in an area of research, as well as mentoring by a Faculty of Nursing researcher.
The Honors Program also requires additional coursework. Specifically, the seminar courses “NURS 399 - Selected Topics in Nursing Research” and “NURS 499 - Scholarly Project in Nursing” are required.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree is your pathway to becoming a Registered Nurse (RN), which opens doors to a variety of careers in nursing and beyond. The Faculty of Nursing at the University of Alberta is recognized as one of the top nursing schools in Canada — we are leaders in research and in practice, with many unique clinical placements available. The faculty is housed in the Edmonton Clinic Health Academy, a state-of-the-art health sciences teaching facility adjacent to the University of Alberta Hospital.

Entry requirements for 阿爾伯塔大學
A baccalaureate degree from a recognized academic institution.
Students must normally present a minimum AGPA of 3.5. Admission is competitive.
Completion of the following prerequisite courses: English(?3), Human Anatomy (?3), Human Physiology (?3), Medical Microbiology (?3), Psychology (?3), and Statistics (?3). English Language Proficiency requirements - TOEFL iBT: At least 90 with a minimum score of 21 points in each section. PBT is no longer accepted. IELTS - At least 6.5 with no band less than 5.5. SAT: minimum combined score of 1800 with a minimum of 600 on each section . Redesigned SAT: minimum combined score of 1200 with a minimum of 600 on each section . ACT: minimum composite score of 26
English language requirements
