Entry requirements for 英屬哥倫比亞大學

When you apply you will be asked to upload a scanned copy of an official transcript to your application (front and back). If your academic records are in a language other than English, you must arrange for official translations to be attached. TOEFL score must be within the last two years. Minimum TOEFL score is 590 paper-based, 243 computer-based, or 100 internet-based.

For an application to be competitive, a score in the 148 range in Quantitative section and 4 in the Analytical section is recommended. GRE must have been taken within the past two years from date of application. GRE scores are to be sent directly to the Department of Microbiology and Immunology

Referees will be asked to discuss your: academic preparation, originality, skills at research, intellectual capacity and general ability. Appropriate referees: Academic (Faculty research supervisors, University professors, science industry employers. Applicants completing an online application for admittance to Graduate and Post-Doctoral Studies are asked to submit a referees’ job title, currant employee and email address. An automatic email will be sent to your referee with your request for a reference. Please contact your referees well before submitting an application to confirm their ability to provide you with a strong reference. References with only free email accounts such as Hotmail, Gmail, or Yahoo do not work within the online application.
