Offers a unique opportunity for current and aspiring leaders in schools and other educational organizations to study with nationally and internationally known scholars and practitioners. Coursework focuses on knowledge and skills around managing talent and finances, building strategic partnerships, leading innovation and change, and planning for future-ready schools and organizations.) Students in this concentration will: Learn to manage personnel, understand budgets, financial concepts and strategic planning processes Understand evaluation and accountability systems and lead professional development Develop and implement policy Build community relations within and outside the organization Engage with faculty, worksites, and districts to address problems of practice and policy Become data savvy for strategic planning and decision-making Culminate the program with a dissertation-in-practice

Entry requirements for 科羅拉多大學丹佛分校
Master's degree in education or related field from a regionally accredited University. Students without appropriate master's level course work in P-20 or community-based education fields may be required to complete additional course work. 3.2 GPA in graduate-level course work recommended. Three letters of recommendation - Preferably, two letters should come from faculty in a university program in which you were previously enrolled. The recommenders are sent an email with a link to the recommendation form. When a recommender submits the form, we receive an email notifying us that a recommendation has been submitted on your behalf. The recommendation includes a space for your recommender to cut and paste their recommendation.

TOEFL PBT :- 537
IELTS:- 6.5
