Taking into account labour laws, regulations, and ethical business practices, they seek to maximize employee motivation, commitment, and productivity. Students who major in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations at the Asper School of Business will learn how to help companies recruit and select qualified people, effectively train and develop a workforce, generate effective total compensation systems, manage employee performance and employee relations, foster and maintain an engaged workforce, and promote talented people through the organization.

Minimum 2 courses at Advanced (A) level and 3 courses at Ordinary (O) level: no grades below a ‘D’ (GCE).
An IB diploma with 3 courses at the higher level (HL) and 3 courses at the standard level (SL): no grades below a ‘4’ (IB).
