Master of Engineering in Manufacturing / Master of Business Administration
在密西根大學安娜堡分校
關於課程
Today's business climate presents unprecedented challenges to manufacturers. Intense pressure and globalization have created urgent needs to restructure and redefine manufacturing processes. To be successful, manufacturing engineers must be well-educated technically and have a solid understanding of business and management fundamentals and tools. In this dual-degree program, qualified students can pursue concurrent work in manufacturing engineering and business administration that leads to both a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing (MEM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). The College of Engineering administers the M. Eng. and the Stephen M. Ross School of Business administers the MBA. The program is managed so that all requirements are satisfied simultaneously. This dual degree can be earned in two and one-half years by full-time students. It also is offered part-time through the Ross School of Business Evening Program. It is not open to students who have already earned either the MEng in Manufacturing or an MBA. Students registered in their first year of either program may apply for the dual-degree option. No coursework completed prior to admission in either of the two halves of the dual-degree program may be counted toward the MBA.
