Entry requirements for 托雷多大學

Admission to the Ph.D. in Engineering (concentration in Electrical Engineering) program requires:

a BS or an MS degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0,
GRE scores (applicants with relevant degrees from accredited US universities are exempt),
TOEFL or IELTS scores that satisfy the minimum University of Toledo requirements (only for international applicants who are non-native English speakers),
a minimum of two letters of recommendation,
statement of purpose.
Admission decisions are made on an individual basis and take into account the applicant?s test results and previous academic and research record, the intended area of study, and the capacity of the EECS department to advise and support Ph.D. students and Ph.D. level research projects. Applicants must meet at least one of the following English language proficiency requirements. TOEFL IBT equal to 80 or above, IELTS equal to 6.5 or above , TOEFL PBT 550
