Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science - Security and Privacy

A number of faculty and staff in the School of Computing conduct research on computer security and privacy. They work towards security and privacy goals utilizing a variety of perspectives including systems, networking, human-computer interaction, programming languages, and data management. PhD students are supported financially throughout their graduate career via a combination of teaching assistantships, research assistantships, and fellowships, conditional on good progress. MS students have the opportunity to apply for funding as teaching assistants or research assistants.
