The Doctor of Occupational Therapy prepares licensed clinicians to become experts in an identified specialization area and will prepare them to become clinical leaders, translating new findings and evidence into practice. In this post-professional program, students will develop and demonstrate more advanced knowledge and skills, beyond those learned at the master’s level, in an occupational therapy concentration area.

Entry requirements for 威斯康辛大學密爾瓦基分校
Practicing occupational therapists with a bachelor?s degree may be admitted on a case-by-case basis.
A baccalaureate degree, or its equivalent as determined by the UWM Center on International Education, from a regionally accredited institution, completed before the first term of enrollment in the Graduate School. Students applying to approved integrated bachelor?s/master?s programs are exempt from this requirement.
A minimum cumulative undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale, or an equivalent measure on a grading system that does not use a 4.0 scale.
Submission of official TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) results with a minimum required score of 79 on the Internet-based TOEFL (IBT) and a minimum recommended sub-score of 18 in each skill).
Submission of official IELTS (International English Language Testing System) results with a minimum required score of 6.5, with a minimum recommended sub-score of 6.0 in each skill.
