Eligible Programmes:

3-year bachelor's degree
4-year bachelor's degree, including an integrated study abroad or placement year (Scholarship is not payable for the year spent on study abroad or placement)
4-year bachelor's degree, including an integrated foundation year programme
4-year integrated masters degree

Ineligible programmes:

Any undergraduate programme delivered by the Manchester School of Architecture
Advanced standing entry for degree programmes that are joined at level 5 or 6
One-year top-up degree courses

Study level you are applying for: Postgraduate

Aimed at: exceptional international undergraduate students, with offers for a full-time taught undergraduate degree programme, who will pay full overseas tuition fees. Applicant Eligibility: you must be a self-funding student from an eligible region with a strong academic background, and have been offered a place on an eligible course starting in September 2024. Applicants must hold a conditional or unconditional offer for a full-time, taught undergraduate degree programme at Manchester Metropolitan University, and begin their studies in September 2024 • If an applicant holds a conditional offer at the time of application, the scholarship can only be awarded once the offer conditions have been met • Applicants must be nationals of countries of the eligible regions: The Americas, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North Africa, South Asia, South-East Asia and North-East Asia • Only the courses listed below, and being taught on the Manchester Campus, are eligible. • Applicants must be self-funding and classified as overseas students for tuition fee purposes. • Applicants will have successfully met any conditions set for entry onto the programme. • In addition to a strong personal statement, submitted as part of the Scholarship application process, applicants must also meet the minimum academic requirements: a demonstrable, outstanding academic record reflected in the high school certificate results, or equivalent qualification (a minimum of equivalent to AAB in A levels) • International qualifications will be compared with Manchester Met's internal guidelines, and all decisions regarding degree classifications made by the selection panel, in collaboration with the University's Admissions Department, are final and cannot be appealed. • Scholarship offers will only be made once academic qualifications are confirmed and verified. • Scholarships are awarded by the Scholarship Panel their decision is final and cannot be appealed.
