IELTS Enquiry on Results

In case you want to have your IELTS results reassessed, you will have to file a formal request by following the instructions below. Note that you can only request re-marking within 6 weeks of your test date.

The process will take 1 to 3 calendar weeks. Please note that you cannot make any forwarding request of your results to any institution until the result has come out.

IELTS on Computer (Standard or UKVI*)

1. Log in to your IELTS profile here.

2. Click My Test, then under your Past Test choose Request re-mark above the test you took.

3. Choose the skill you want to be re-marked. A fee of Php 6,200 will be collected that you can pay via PayPal for credit/debit card or Offline via Dragonpay or Metrobank Bills Payment.

4. You will be notified in your email once the remarking is done. If there’s a change in your score the fee will be fully refundable. Otherwise, no refund will be credited for the same score.

*Note: This EOR process of IELTS for UKVI on Computer is applicable for those who took the test from April 2024 onwards, otherwise please follow the IELTS on Paper EOR instructions.

IELTS on Paper (Standard or UKVI)

Accomplish the EOR form and send to ielts.philippines@idp.com (PH009/PH024) or ielts.cebu@idp.com (PH152) depending on your Test Center code that can be seen in the upper left of your TRF. Please read the instructions on the EOR form carefully.

There is a fee of PHP 6,200 which will cover all sections, or just one section that you feel needs re-marking. If you get a higher band score after the re-marking, the fee will be refunded in your local bank account.

An additional courier fee of PHP 240 must also be paid if you wish to receive your results by mail if there are changes in your scores.

You will receive the payment instructions once request has been received.
