As a first-time freshman applicant, you must submit the following to be considered for admission:

  • Application for admission
  • Official high school transcript
  • Optional submission of official ACT or SAT test score

Qualifying admitted students will automatically receive the scholarship. Notifications are sent approximately 2 weeks following admission.

Test Score: 30-31 ACT or 1360-1410 SAT

GPA: 3.50+

Only ACT composite scores or SAT total scores are accepted for automatic merit scholarships.

For student's applying for fall/summer admissions, only scores from tests taken through December of your senior year in high school and your GPA through December of your senior year in high school are considered for automatic merit scholarships. Students must submit their qualifying test score and/or transcripts by May 1. Qualifying test score and/or transcripts submitted after May 1 are not considered for freshman automatic merit scholarship purposes. For example, a student admitted in October can take the December ACT or SAT and if they receive a higher score submit it by May 1 to be reviewed for automatic merit scholarship consideration.

For student's applying for spring admissions, only scores from test taken through and submitted by December 15 of your senior year in high school and your GPA through May of your junior year in high school are considered for automatic merit scholarships. Students must submit their qualifying test score and/or transcripts by December 15. Qualifying test score and/or transcripts submitted after December 15 are not considered for freshman automatic merit scholarship purposes. For example, if a student takes the December test but test scores are not released until after December 15, those scores will not be reviewed for automatic merit consideration.
