The School of Physics and Astronomy is offering twelve scholarships to applicants who have applied to study either the MSc Theoretical Physics, MSc Mathematical Physics, MSc Particle and Nuclear Physics or MSc in Astrobiology and Planetary Sciences for the 2023-24 academics session.
Applicants must have applied to study full-time on either the MSc Theoretical Physics, MSc Mathematical Physics, MSc Particle and Nuclear Physics or MSc in Astrobiology and Planetary Sciences programmes of study commencing in academic year 2024-2025
Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit. Financial need may also be considered, especially where the award of a Scholarship will be key for enabling a student to take up the offer of a place on our MSc programme.

Eligible applicants should complete an online scholarship application.
The scholarship Deadline is 23:59 BST 3rd June 2024.
In order to gain access to the scholarship application system, applicants must have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh. Please note that, following the submission of an application for admission, it can take up to five working days for all system checks to be completed and for access to be granted.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome by 1st July 2024.
