The Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT) is a public college and Designated Learning Institute located in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It is driven by industry partnerships and delivers programs designed to get students working right after graduation.

Offering more than 30 certificate, diploma and post-graduate programs, MITT gives students the skills they need to succeed at any stage of their career. Programs in the areas of applied business, design and manufacturing technologies, information and communication technology, health care, human services, and skilled trades are delivered at three campuses in Winnipeg.

At MITT, expert instructors and dedicated support staff ensure that students have access to the resources they need to successfully bridge from classroom to career. Instructors teach students in-demand skills, provide mentorship, and serve as connection points to industry. MITT is the only college in Manitoba to integrate employability skills training into every program it offers. Work practicum placements are included in many programs, enabling students to gain real-life work experience and build connections with employers prior to graduation.

The student life team at MITT ensures a range of activities are available for students throughout the year to make friends, learn about other cultures, and network with future colleagues and employers.
