This was a result of the 170 applied research projects completed by the College in the 2022 fiscal year, an increase of almost 60 compared to the prior year. It's only relatively recently that Red River College Polytech became a polytechnic. By redefining itself in this way in 2022, the College intends to become more agile, adapting its study programs and facilities to meet the ever-changing needs of its student body. There is a selection of scholarships, bursaries and financial awards that students may be able to apply for, to help ease the financial costs of college study. The College awards almost CAD $3 million to students each year, supporting students who are either in financial need or who have achieved the most success in their academic studies.
