For both undergraduate and graduate students, university combines rigorous class work with the spirit of exploration. With hundreds of options for majors and concentrations to help student find their niche, students are able to create an academic path that fits their interests and advances their goals. The university offers more than 100 undergraduate and 120 graduate programs across its 10 schools and colleges ranging from business, entrepreneurship and international politics to the natural and social sciences. With Student-to-faculty ratio 11 to 1 and average class size of 21 students, faculty have time to focus on their students' needs and to loop undergraduates and graduates into their research.

The University of Denver is home to over 11,600 students. With over 100 student-run clubs, there's no shortage of things to do on campus, Explore the Rockies with the Alpine Club, team up with friends through club sports, or help improve local communities through university’s service organizations. Campus lights up with action during the hockey season, and cultural festivals bring people together to celebrate and express the many experiences of university’s diverse community.

The campus buildings date back as far as the 1890s, with construction from the 1930s, 1950s and early 21st century all meshing to create a gorgeous and unified campus. It is centrally located in the city of Denver, with easy access to its colorful and lively neighborhoods by foot and bicycle. Quality public transportation makes exploring other parts of the city a breeze. Some students also choose to bring their cars to campus.
