Human resource managers – responsible for directing an organisation’s human resource and talent strategy – are invaluable for any organisation’s success. They’re responsible for formulating and implementing strategies for learning and development, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, health and safety, and diversity management.
