Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management Level 7

Develop the theory and practical applications of operations management so you can work in production manufacturing, service industries or transport and logistics. You will learn project management, product development, operations management, resource integration management and complete an industry project. You also get to choose from human resources, finance, industrial relations or management accounting as an elective.

You will learn how to:
have a sound understanding of the dynamic and changing environment in which managers operate in New Zealand and internationally.
enable the organisations environment to apply the knowledge at both organisational and strategic levels in a range of industries and organisations.
have a current specialised knowledge and be able to integrate into the workplace environment quickly, having spent time through their course of study in a work context applying the knowledge and skills of the curriculum.
