Application requirement details:

Ensure that you attach certified copies of transcripts of all relevant previous studies including:

• proof of completion
• photo page from passport or another birth record
• evidence of English language proficiency
• any other documentation requested in the online form

If your documents are in a language other than English, please provide an officially certified English translation with certified copies of the original documents.

The UNE International Bursary covers a reduction in the published annual tuition fees for international students. UNE International Bursaries are available for full-time international students commencing coursework studies at UNE in 2024.

UNE International Bursaries are available for international students commencing coursework studies at UNE in 2023. Students transferring to a course within the same or similar discipline (for example, from Environmental Science to Agricultural Science) will not be considered as ''commencing'' and are therefore not eligible for a UNE international Bursary.
Applying for admission to UNE does not guarantee you will be awarded a UNE International Bursary.
The maximum duration of the UNE International Bursary is the normal duration (in academic years) of the course you have been offered the bursary for. If you take longer to complete your course due to academic failure, you will only receive the bursary for the minimum total number of UNE units required to normally successfully complete the course.
You are not eligible for the UNE International Bursary if, at the time of admission or at any time during your studies, you are financially sponsored by any of the following organisations

The UNE International Bursary covers a reduction in the published annual tuition fees for international students.

The UNE International Bursary will not be paid to you in cash. When you accept the bursary (if you meet all terms and conditions) it will be applied to your student account at UNE.
If you are awarded a UNE International Bursary and decide to withdraw and/or transfer from UNE (whether to return home or to another provider), you forfeit the bursary. You will not receive any refund of the Bursary component of your tuition fees.
The UNE International Bursary is not transferrable to another person and cannot be deferred until a later date unless agreed to by UNE International.
