About the course
The Master of Business Law is designed for business professionals and graduates who require specialist legal knowledge without the need to practise law.
It also provides a master's-level qualification that builds on the completion of professional accountancy qualifications.
The Master of Business Law is a postgraduate coursework degree that will develop your essential problem-solving and analytical skills and help you understand the growing importance of legal literacy and business law.
Throughout the course, you will focus on legal issues you are likely to encounter among non-lawyers working in business, finance, commercial and corporate environments.
You will complete one core unit and choose elective units that match your interests, including the option to complete an independent research project. Students without a law degree from a common law jurisdiction must take a core unit before or at the same time as enrolling in elective units.
