Canadians are open and welcoming and embrace diversity and multiculturalism, especially on university campuses where campus have security officers patrol to keep everyone feeling safe. You Winnipeg recognizes that it's a very big transition for students to move to a new city without their family and their previous support systems. So we've created an app called the Winnipeg Safety App where all of your convenient resources are all located right within the app. We also have a safety walk where you can be escorted back to your residence if you had an evening class. We want to make sure that all of our students are feeling safe and healthy as possible.
