The cost of living in Ottawa can depend on what neighborhood you choose to live in. Closer to the University of Ottawa, housing is a little bit more expensive, with rentals ranging from a thousand to two thousand dollars a month for a one bedroom apartment. However, the further you live away from the campus, the housing prices do go down and they could range from nine hundred to sixteen hundred a month. With that, it does have an off campus housing office that are highly recommend you check out if you're looking for housing.

You'll see a very large difference in the cost of living from city to city within Canada. Some of our more densely populated cities will have a much higher cost of living whereas here in Manitoba, we're very proud to offer very affordable cost of living in terms of housing, food costs and anything else that an international student may require. This makes it so that it's easy and comfortable for students as they go through their studies. But then, of course, that you can have some fun outside of your studies as well.
