There are many different fees associated with studying in the United States. For university to issue an I-20, we need proof of financial funding for tuition, room and board and additional fees. However, if you are looking to study in the United States, it's also important to consider the other costs associated, such as a plane ticket over to the United States, new clothes, if the climate is different from your home country and just other fees that are associated with moving and being in a new location.
