Where can I get an update on the status of my university application?

There are two ways that could help you to have timely updates on your application, whether through the counselor responsible for your application at IDP itself or through downloading the app of IDP Study Abroad application, that could help you to follow up on all the updates that come through for your application itself.

If you're an international student that's chosen to study in an Australia University and you're applying through IDP, I do recommend that you get in touch with your student counsellor to check on the status of your application and they'll be able to guide you from there. I hope that helps.

Wanting to know the status of your application, that's really simple. If you lodged it yourself, you may have lodged it through our platform study link in which case you can go back in and check the status of your application. If you lodged your application through an agent, it's best to go to them and ask them the status and they can check in study link. Otherwise, if you're not sure, just contact the team international@cdu.edu.au

Most universities will have an online portal or dashboard where you can check the status of your application to see what you're missing and what's on file. You can also email the admissions office to ask an admissions counselor to follow up with you. It's important to stay on top of this because it can take four to six weeks once everything is on file to receive a decision. So be sure to submit all of your application documents as soon as possible.

If students receive updates on their university applications on their email, but if they haven't received any update yet, of course, after two to three weeks of university admission application, they can contact their designated counselor who has submitted their applications, and he or she would be updating them accordingly.
